York Poetry Apartment

The York Poetry Apartment is a sculptural installation (designed, fabricated, and maintained by Ashley Feldman) that will showcase new poetry by Lishai Peel and art by me each season for a year. It’ll be installed in the butterfly garden at York Blvd. at James St. N. in Downtown Hamilton in September 2026. Some free art zines featuring the poetry and artwork will be available across the street at the library and Farmers’ Market. This is a project made possible by the City of Hamilton’s Downtown Hamilton Creative Placemaking grant. You can learn more about it here.
